How to Compose and Send an Email in Microsoft Outlook
Open the Outlook Application.
From the Start Menu, enter Outlook in the Search Programs and Files text field.
Select the Outlook Program.
On the Home Tab, select New Email.
Enter the email address(es) mail is being sent to.
Enter the email address(es) mail is being copied to.
Enter the Subject of the email.
In the body of the email:
Start with a greeting.
Enter the content of the email.
