Creating a Job Document

How to create an Oracle Job Document using InfoPath 2010 Filler.

1. On the left hand web bar select Oracle Jobs Form.
2. Click on Add Document.
3. Select Open in the InfoPath Editor Security Notice dialog box. If you get a notification that the template has changed select Save and Update to update to the latest version of the template.
4. Click on the Oracle Job Name placeholder text at the top of the form and replace the text with the Oracle Job name.
5. Select the Save icon, enter the job name in the File Name field, leave the type as InfoPath Form (*.xml), and save.

Populating a Job Document

How to populate an Oracle Job Document that was created with InfoPath 2010.

For each field of the Job Document form, text, a menu choice, a table item, or image can be entered based on the predefined entry type. A summary of the type of information to be entered can be seen by rolling over or clicking on the field.

1. To enter table information, populate the first row, click on the Insert Item button to add any additional rows. Rows can be moved up and down with the Up and Down buttons, or removed with the Delete button.
2. Enter a numbered list of step-by-step instructions in the Standard Operating Procedures section. Use the Numbering or Multilevel List selectors in the Paragraph Section of the Styles Header to create or modify highlighted list items.
3. Select the Browse and Upload buttons to add images to the form. File types that can be uploaded are .gif, .jpg, and .png.
4. In the Keyword section enter descriptive words that would commonly be used to search for the job or its functions.
5. Select the Save icon to save the form.
